What does the day-to-day look like?
We work as an extension of your team, so you stay focused on treating and closing.
- Quick communication on Slack – you’re never left guessing what’s happening with your ads.
- You stay the closer. We bring the leads; you focus on turning them into patients.
- We handle the entire back end (campaigns, creatives, optimization)
How long will it take to get started?
The next step is a 30-minute onboarding call. We confirm your priorities, lock your ideal patient (young athletes), and get access to your Google Ads account and brand assets.
After onboarding, we use the first 7 to 10 days to:
- Audit your current Google Ads account and rebuild the campaign structure around young-athlete demand
- Produce your first batch of ad creatives (images and short-form video)
- Launch your campaigns
- Set up your weekly Slack reporting so you see performance from day one
Target start date: Wednesday, July 1.
Fees and Terms
Google Ads Management — $500 / month Full campaign build, optimization, reporting, and monthly strategy.
Ad Creatives — first month free, then $299 / month Images and short-form video for your campaigns, yours to reuse on social. Month one is on me, so you see exactly what we produce before it’s ever a cost — then it’s your call whether we keep it going.
Your ad budget — paid directly to Google (~$900 / month today) Separate from the above and never passes through us. You keep full control of your spend.
Partner terms Setup fee waived — same partner terms as Connor, as a friend of his.
No long-term contract. We reassess after the first 3 months based on results.

- Month 2 on — $500 to B11, plus $299 if you’d like us to keep creating your ad creatives, + your ad budget to Google
