Booking funnel Your scheduler integrated so calls, walk-ins, and online visitors all have an easy path to book. Your site, Google profile, and booking point to the same place.
Google Reviews integration
Your existing reviews displayed where patients are already deciding.
On-page SEO foundation So the site is built to be found from day one.
Mobile-responsive design and a final walkthrough (handoff) so you or your team can make basic updates.
AI Search visibility
Built so that when someone asks ChatGPT or Google AI for Eye Doctor in DeSoto, Eyeconic comes up.
3 months of maintenance included. Minor adjustments, small content edits, and technical guidance, handled by us. (New pages, redesigns, and ongoing content sit outside this and become the next phase.)
What does the day-to-day look like?

Timeline
Delivered within 30 business days of payment and platform access. Often sooner.
The build runs in parallel with your current social media, so nothing slows down.
Fees and Terms
Site and visual brand identity are $2,500 for new clients, paid upfront.
As a B11 partner, your conditions are:
- $1,999 for Site + Visual Identity
- Split payment: 50% on start, 50% once the site is live.
Plus the 3 months of maintenance above.
Not included:
Ongoing blog content and SEO (this is the next phase)
Paid ads management
This proposal is valid until July 17, 2026.
